Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Mr. Pralhad Dahal, I represent the Junu's divorce case at Kathmandu District Court, Nepal. In fact, I am very much surprised that when we hear the change of date with regard to Junu's divorce with Mr. Shree Bista. We again inquired the Registration Section Chief of the Kathmandu District Court and he confirmed the date that marriage between Junu Thapa and Mr. Shree Bista was dissolved on 16 August 2006 as per their record.

I also met with Under Secretary of the Kathmandu District Court, he also confirmed that the date was on 16 August 2006. Earlier it was big typo mistake happened simply while converting the date from Nepali to English and also being mistaken communicated the date as of 16 August 2008 which is not true.

I am very much confirmed regarding the divorce case that is 16 August 2006.
