Complexities of Self-Enterprisingness

One poor family boy have good studies, healthy, smart in theoretical knowledge, understood in Nepalese politics, but not have good knowledge of business and enterprisingness. So, he is jobless, seeking for going to job market of Arab countries. This is major challenges of Nepalese youth who have studied theory based degrees. He wants to go Arabian countries or he does not want to go Arabian countries. It is like Shakespearean solique "to be or not to be". He wants to go abroad for work because studying education in Nepal is not related to work; again he can't go abroad for work because government distributed the bait for self-empowering work to solve the unemployment in the nation.

He has two problems to go abroad or staying in Nepal for government scheme. If he want to outside of the country for work, he need 36 percentage interest local loan, that need to pay back principle and interest at least one year work; Because government does not invest him the loan in cheap interest rate. If he stays in the country Nepal, there is no any option to work.

Self-Enterprising has such never reveling knot and complexities to solve the problem of youth and unemployment. Such youth those nothing have their own properties except their body. Even they don't have their acquired knowledge to work. Same youth have exodus to the Arabian countries to sell their bodies or muscles power. Can government use the muscles power of the youth? If yes, thank you government and policy maker. Again, how long you can use the power of the youth? It is impossible to use the power of them, because of improvements of high tech and changes of tendency of the work.  The cultural modification and social structure is turn of modernization, the youths are like flowing water who wants to move like this. So, governmental policy must be shift to development at any cost, otherwise next quake is inevitable compulsion in the nation.

Think, self empowering concept of the Bhattarai government is regarded but there is hardship to implement the notion of this philosophy. Let's think about basic tools to loan or aid to enterprise.

Most of the unemployed people have nothing, they can speak, labour hard. Tendency of these unemployed people have cheating in work, learned from our political leaders. Then how can they pay back the amount loan government.

Now the government changing the way to invest in the youth, that is due to the malpractices by directly funding. It may be viable but what is the measurement to fund? Why one young man can get the fund? Does he capable to generate the money by using the fund? Does he have knowledge to marketing or manufacturing the commodities?

One educated youth may have educational certificate or citizenship certificate. He may have some knowledge and zeal to work but who support him for selling the goods and services? Who is responsible to marketing? Can government take the risk of that? And governmental export policy is fit for his production? It is all of the ambiguity. Nothing has solution. It is because of the poor vision of policy maker of the past.

Yes, it also has solution. Public Private Partnership can deal the problem of currently facing the challenges by the government, but some of the responsibilities must take the government.
